OVERVIEW
These Elite Orthotic insoles from Footprint have the same formula that is used for NASA. The thick insoles have shock absorption to withstand high impacts, and the incorporated Kingfoam military-grade urethane administers increased protection. With built-in arch support and heat moldability, these insoles will contour to your feet, with each step.

KEY FEATURES
Arch Support - These orthotics help prevent over-pronation, which assists the body in proper alignment. This relieves daily fatigue, sore joints and allows longer performance.
 
Kingfoam - All Footprint soles are covered from heel to toe with Kingfoam, a military grade urethane that converts the force of impacts into heat. Absorbs 90% of impact energy and protects against bruises and joint damage.

    International

    International orders are calculated on weight and destination. (Import tax and duty charges may be added by your country). OCD Skate Shop are not liable for any of these charges. International orders cannot exceed 20kg per order.

    If you supply an incorrect address and your parcel is sent back to us (RTS) you will be notified and you will have to pay for the parcel to be re-sent.

    How will my order be delivered?

    Our orders are delivered via Australia Post eParcel. When we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number. You can track the delivery status of your order at: http://auspost.com.au/track. If you didn't receive your confirmation or shipping email, please check your email's Junk Folder :)

     

    Can I have my parcel delivered to a business address?

    Yes!  If you are having your item posted to a business address, please include the business name on your order.

    What if I am not there to accept my parcel?

    All orders require a signature on delivery or can be 'Left in safe place'.  If no-one is able to sign for the package then a card will be left at the address, indicating where the parcel can be collected from (usually the nearest Australia Post outlet).
    If you wish to have your parcel left at your shipping address if you are not home, that’s OK with us but no responsibility will be taken for missing items. You may want to send it to a business address instead, just don’t forget to include the business name!

    Did you receive my order?

    We will email a confirmation of the order placed online immediately, make sure to check your email's Junk Folder. If you have not received this, please contact us on info@ocdskateshop.com.au or contact us during business hours on (03) 9588 0288.

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    We ship SAME DAY for orders placed and paid before 12:00pm EST (next business day for orders placed on weekend/public holiday).

    Expect delays during peak sale times.

    Dependent on your location, standard delivery will be made from 5-12 business days and can take longer during holiday/peak periods. Express Shipping can be selected at the Checkout page.

    I've never bought insoles

    I'm 26, I'm sporty, ride scooters doing big jumps,air,gaps, and feet slams! This was the first time I bought myself insoles, and the best thing I did for my feet. It was easy to mold, I did 80°C at 8 mins. But the first thing I notice was the arch support, I have never had a shoe with their insoles, supporting my arch, my feet a literally always comfortable, my heels and ankles are usually chronic pain after work or a big ride, and now I don't even remember the pain. Honestly I thought the reviews may have been fake, now I can honestly say I'm glad I believed the reviews and got the OCD KING ELITE ORTHOTICS.
