Refund & Exchanges

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and items MUST be in a clean, unused  condition with all originals tags and barcodes included - so please try it on before removing tags!

Sale and clearance items can only be exchanged.

We are not able to accept returns for customised items (eg. gripped decks,  custom-built  decks), or items that have been worn, washed, mistreated or misused!

Most product pages will include information on sizing as an estimate only, if you require further assistance, please email us on info@ocdskateshop.com.au and we’ll be glad to help! If you require an exchange, just order again online immediately as items sell out quickly! You can then return your item for a refund as long as it meets the above requirements. If goods do not meet the above return policy requirements, it will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve.

If you have purchased on eBay - you must commence the returns process in eBay.

All shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer unless product is faulty. If returning your item places your original order under $50, a $6.95 shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. Please allow 3 to14 days for refunds to be processed.

Orders cannot be changed prior to shipping, please follow the above return instructions and reorder so you don't miss out!
