Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Abundare Pty Ltd trading as OCD Skate Shop, ABN, of 18 Bond Street, Mordialloc VIC, Australia.
2. Promotion Period
The Win Your Order Back promotion (“Promotion”) commences at 12:01am on Wednesday 26 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on Friday 28 August 2026, Melbourne, Victoria time (“Promotion Period”).
The Promotion consists of three separate daily entry periods:
- Wednesday 26 August: 12:01am–11:59pm
- Thursday 27 August: 12:00am–11:59pm
- Friday 28 August: 12:00am–11:59pm
Each eligible household may receive a maximum of one entry per daily entry period.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents, excluding residents of the Northern Territory.
Entrants under 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in the Promotion.
If a winner is under 18 years of age, OCD Skate Shop may require confirmation of parental or guardian consent and may issue the prize to the winner’s parent or legal guardian on their behalf.
Northern Territory residents are excluded from this Promotion due to additional jurisdiction-specific trade promotion requirements.
Customers in the Northern Territory may continue to purchase from OCD Skate Shop as normal but will not receive an entry into this Promotion.
Employees, directors and officers of the Promoter, persons directly involved in conducting the Promotion, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, an eligible customer must spend $150 AUD or more in a single transaction with OCD Skate Shop during the Promotion Period.
Eligible purchases may be made through the OCD Skate Shop online store or physical retail store.
The qualifying $150 spend is calculated on the value of eligible merchandise after discounts have been applied and excluding shipping charges.
Purchases of gift cards do not count towards the qualifying spend.
No separate entry form or competition registration is required.
No separate entry fee applies. Products purchased as part of the Promotion will not be priced higher because of the opportunity to participate.
Entry Limit
There is a maximum of one entry per person and one entry per household per daily entry period, regardless of how many qualifying transactions are made during that day.
A household is determined by the residential or delivery address associated with the qualifying order.
Multiple qualifying transactions made using different names, email addresses, customer accounts or other customer details but associated with the same household will not generate additional entries.
Where more than one qualifying transaction is associated with the same household during a daily entry period, only the first qualifying transaction from that household will be entered into that day’s draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to identify and consolidate entries that it reasonably determines originate from the same person or household, including where:
- different names are used;
- different email addresses are used;
- different customer accounts are used; or
- minor variations of the same residential or delivery address are used.
An eligible household may therefore receive a maximum of three entries across the entire Promotion Period, one on Wednesday, one on Thursday and one on Friday, provided a qualifying purchase of $150 or more is made on each applicable day.
Orders cancelled or fully refunded before the applicable draw will not be eligible.
If part of an order is refunded before the applicable draw and the remaining eligible merchandise value falls below $150, that entry will no longer be eligible.
5. Prizes
There are three prizes, with one prize awarded from the eligible entries received during each daily entry period.
Each winner receives an OCD Skate Shop Gift Card equal to the amount actually paid for eligible merchandise in the qualifying transaction entered into the draw, up to a maximum value of $500 AUD.
For example:
- $175 winning order = $175 OCD Skate Shop Gift Card
- $420 winning order = $420 OCD Skate Shop Gift Card
- $650 winning order = $500 OCD Skate Shop Gift Card
Shipping charges and gift-card purchases are excluded when calculating the prize value.
The maximum value of each prize is $500 AUD.
The maximum total prize pool is $1,500 AUD.
Prize OCD Skate Shop Gift Cards:
- are redeemable for eligible products sold by OCD Skate Shop;
- cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash;
- cannot be used to purchase another gift card;
- are not reloadable; and
- expire 12 months from the date of issue, with the expiry date displayed on the Gift Card.
6. How Winners Will Be Drawn
There will be one random draw for each daily entry period.
After each daily entry period has closed, the Promoter will compile a list of all valid eligible entries received during that period.
Duplicate entries from the same person or household will be removed before the draw in accordance with Section 4.
Each remaining eligible entry will be allocated a sequential number commencing at 1 and continuing to the total number of eligible entries for that draw.
A random number generator will be used to generate one number between 1 and the total number of eligible entries.
The eligible entry corresponding to the randomly generated number will be the winner.
Each valid eligible entry in the applicable daily draw has an equal chance of being selected.
The draws will take place at:

at approximately 10:00am Melbourne, Victoria time on:
- Thursday 27 August 2026 – Wednesday winner
- Friday 28 August 2026 – Thursday winner
- Saturday 29 August 2026 – Friday winner
Entrants do not need to be present at the draw to win.
7. Draw Records
For each draw, the Promoter will retain records showing:
- the eligible entries included in the draw;
- the total number of eligible entries;
- any duplicate entries removed under the household entry limit;
- the sequential number allocated to each eligible entry;
- the date and time of the draw;
- the random number generated;
- the corresponding winning order;
- the person conducting the draw; and
- the outcome of the draw.
Where practicable, the draw may be witnessed by another person.
Competition and draw records will be retained for at least three years following completion of the Promotion to comply with applicable trade promotion record-keeping requirements and to provide an auditable record of the conduct and outcome of the Promotion if required by a regulatory authority.
8. Winner Notification
Each winner will be notified in writing by email using the email address associated with their winning order.
The winner will be notified within 7 days of the applicable draw.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner.
9. Publication of Winners
Results will be published on the OCD Skate Shop website at:

Winner information will be published following the applicable draw and remain available for at least 7 days after the final draw.
Winner information will be published to the extent required by applicable law.
10. Claiming and Receiving the Prize
A winner must respond to the Promoter’s notification within 14 days and provide any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility.
For a winner under 18 years of age, the Promoter may require confirmation from their parent or legal guardian before issuing the prize.
Once eligibility has been verified, the OCD Skate Shop Gift Card will be issued electronically.
There is no cost to the winner to receive the prize.
11. Returns, Refunds and Winning Orders
If a winning transaction is subsequently returned or refunded, in whole or in part, for change of mind or another reason where OCD Skate Shop is not legally required to provide a refund or other remedy, the value of the promotional prize may be adjusted to reflect the final value of eligible merchandise retained by the winner.
If the retained eligible merchandise value remains at or above $150, the value of the OCD Skate Shop Gift Card may be reduced so that it does not exceed the value of the eligible merchandise ultimately retained, subject to the maximum prize value of $500.
If the retained eligible merchandise value falls below $150, the transaction will no longer satisfy the qualifying purchase requirement and the winner will no longer be entitled to the promotional prize.
Where the prize OCD Skate Shop Gift Card has already been issued, OCD Skate Shop may cancel the Gift Card or reduce its remaining balance accordingly.
Where some or all of the promotional Gift Card has already been redeemed, OCD Skate Shop may take the value of the promotional prize into account when determining any discretionary change-of-mind refund or store credit.
This clause does not limit, exclude or modify any rights or remedies available to a customer under the Australian Consumer Law, including rights relating to faulty, unsafe, incorrectly described or otherwise non-compliant goods.
Where a return, refund, replacement or other remedy is required under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer’s statutory rights will apply.
12. Unclaimed Prizes
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within the stated claim period, the Promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries for the applicable daily draw, subject to applicable state or territory requirements.
Any redraw will use the same random selection method described in Section 6.
The Promoter will comply with any applicable waiting periods, notification requirements or regulatory approvals before conducting an unclaimed prize redraw.
13. Consumer Rights
Participation in the Promotion does not affect a customer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Verification and Invalid Entries
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and eligibility of entrants.
An entry may be declared invalid if the entrant:
- does not satisfy these Terms & Conditions;
- provides false information;
- engages in fraudulent conduct;
- attempts to obtain additional entries by using different names, email addresses, customer accounts or address variations associated with the same person or household; or
- otherwise attempts to interfere with the fair conduct of the Promotion.
15. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, verify entries, identify duplicate household entries, contact winners and award prizes.
Entry into this Promotion does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing communications from OCD Skate Shop.
Any marketing communications will be handled in accordance with the customer’s existing marketing preferences and applicable privacy and spam laws.
16. General
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter’s decisions regarding eligibility and administration of the Promotion are final, subject to applicable law.
If the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion only where permitted by law and subject to any required regulatory approval.
Once the Promotion has commenced, these Terms & Conditions will not be amended where prior regulatory approval is required.
