How much is shipping?

Delivery is FREE in Australia when you spend $100 or more and charged at Australia Post rates for orders under $100.

$12 Flat Rate Express Post within Australia.

New Zealand is a flat rate of $15 for Express International Shipping. All other countries are calculated on weight and destination. (Import tax and duty charges may be added by your country). OCD Skate Shop are not liable for any of these charges. International orders cannot exceed 20kg per order.

If you supply an incorrect address and your parcel is sent back to us (RTS) you will be notified and you will have to pay for the parcel to be re-sent.

How will my order be delivered?

Our orders are delivered via Australia Post eParcel. When we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number. You can track the delivery status of your order at: http://auspost.com.au/track. If you didn't receive your confirmation or shipping email, please check your email's Junk Folder :)

Can I have my parcel delivered to a business address?

Yes! If you are having your item posted to a business address, please include the business name on your order.

What if I am not there to accept my parcel?

All orders require a signature on delivery or can be 'Left in safe place'. If no-one is able to sign for the package then a card will be left at the address, indicating where the parcel can be collected from (usually the nearest Australia Post outlet).
If you wish to have your parcel left at your shipping address if you are not home, that’s OK with us but no responsibility will be taken for missing items. You may want to send it to a business address instead, just don’t forget to include the business name!

The store had some nice stuff in it, and I would recommend for folks to check out if they have time. However, I would be remiss if I did not mention the racial profiling that I experienced by the staff. While I was in the store, I received no customer service which I didn't mind as they were busy. As I was leaving the store and unlocking my bike to return to my tour around town a staff member that notably did not assist me while I was in the store followed me outside and accused me of stealing MY own bike that I was clearly unlocking with the 4 digit code. While the stuff in the store my be cool, I am afraid that this might not be the best place for patrons that are people of color...

I always find something here. Im not a skater but I love the gear. Tees and kicks are always on point for my street wear days. When I visit I come see Ian who he gives me the best service. He’s definitely the man to come to see.

Great range and well presented Skate-shop. Although I would recommend buying from their website, checked prices online before I went in, ended up paying $80 more for the same items in store(I needed them that day) and was told by the cashier that "online is different to instore"... Which was never the case when this place was at the old location with the warehouse out the back. Pretty disappointed honestly. Wont get my business instore again. Edit: Have only had positive experiences with this store since.
