Came in today for the first time for our daughter's skateboard with the whole family all the way from Werribee. We have the best experience in the shop. The staff have excellent customer service with exceptional advice & knowledge. We wouldn't want to go to any other shop. Thank you very much 😊
First time popping into the shop and wow—what a vibe! I came in just for some laces and got greeted like a VIP. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Didn’t expect to leave with shopping plans, but now I’m already plotting my next visit to level up the wardrobe!
I recently moved to the area, and I popped into this place on a bike ride around main street. It looked cool from the street, so I was keen on checking it out. The store had some nice stuff in it, and I would recommend for folks to check out if they have time. However, I would be remiss if I did not mention the racial profiling that I experienced by the staff. While I was in the store, I received no customer service which I didn't mind as they were busy. As I was leaving the store and unlocking my bike to return to my tour around town a staff member that notably did not assist me while I was in the store followed me outside and accused me of stealing MY own bike that I was clearly unlocking with the 4 digit code. While the stuff in the store my be cool, I am afraid that this might not be the best place for patrons that are people of color...

Great service and no muckin about when they didn't have availability and sorted everything out real quick. Even surprised about the discounts online was able to get a few extras on my 2nd order because of the savings. No need to go anywhere else

Great range of decks and gear and super helpful staff. They set up my son's board for free and always offer good advice. Shop has a good range of clothes too. Definitely the go-to place for everything skating in the area.
Really enjoyed my visit. Ethan is very knowledgeable and keen to offer good advice on brands and skate spots. Got a new helmet and set up for a really decent price.

I went it to buy a board for my son. Ethan was so fantastic and patient and helped me through everything I needed without pushing me to buy anything else I didn’t need. Will definitely go back .

Although I would recommend buying from their website, checked prices online before I went in, ended up paying $80 more for the same items in store(I needed them that day) and was told by the cashier that "online is different to instore"... Which was never the case when this place was at the old location with the warehouse out the back. Pretty disappointed honestly. Wont get my business instore again.
Edit: Have only had positive experiences with this store since.

Best Skate Shop around Period. The two boys were super nice and gave awesome advice and honestly the chillest employees I’ve seen in any shop period. Cannot recommended this place enough. My one stop skate shop from now on even if it is 2 hours from my house but the experience they offer makes the trip worth it. Much love

Really friendly service and a great range. The staff helped me try and guess the size for gift tshirt, and then helped me exchange it when I needed to go up a size. Very welcoming and friendly shop, great place to get gifts for teenagers/skaters/people who like skate brands but don't skate.
I bought a pair of butter pants and they came in less then 5 days great packaging came with extra stickers great company would buy from there again
