The 31st Annual Tampa Pro went down in true Florida fashion—steamy weather, packed crowds, and skating so heavy it shook the ramps. Known as one of the most iconic events in professional skateboarding, Tampa Pro once again delivered an unforgettable weekend filled with next-level tricks, electric energy, and a global roster of elite talent.

If you weren’t there (or just want to relive it), here’s everything that went down.

🏆 Sora Shirai Takes the Crown

Japan’s Sora Shirai absolutely dominated this year’s contest, locking in his first-ever Tampa Pro title. His winning run was textbook perfection—smooth, technical, and fearless. The trick that sealed the deal? A Caballerial flip to backside lipslide that had the crowd losing it.

With that, Sora walked away with the top prize of $10,000 and serious bragging rights. Long overdue, and totally deserved.

🥈🥉 Familiar Faces, Fierce Competition

  • 2nd Place – Yuto Horigome
Yuto came in hot after back-to-back wins in 2023 and 2024. He didn’t snag the three-peat, but his run was all style and consistency—proof that he's still one of the most technically sound skaters in the game.

  • 3rd Place – Angelo Caro (Peru)
Angelo not only secured third but also walked away with the Best Trick award thanks to a flawless tre flip to noseblunt. Bonus? He scored an invite to the Street League Wildcard Jam in Santa Monica. Let’s gooo.
