Returns/Exchanges Policy

All returns / exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and items MUST be in a clean, unused condition with all originals tags and barcodes included - so please try it on before removing tags!  We are not able to accept returns for customised items (eg. gripped decks, custom built decks), or items that have been worn, washed, mistreated or misused!   

Most product pages will include information on sizing as an estimate only, if you require further assistance, please email us on and we’ll be glad to help! If you require an exchange, we suggest you order again online immediately as items sell out quickly! You can then return your item for a refund as long as it meets the above requirements.  If goods do not meet the above return policy requirements, it will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve.  If you have purchased on eBay - you must commence the returns process there.  In the event that the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a store credit or refund will be issued.  Sale and clearance items cannot be exchanged or returned unless product is faulty.  All trucks, wheels and bearings are sold in sets.

All shipping costs for returns/exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer unless product is faulty.   If returning your item places your original order under $50, the $6.95 shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. Please allow 3 to14 days for refunds to be processed. If by returning one of your purchased items, it brings the remainder of your purchased goods below the Free Shipping limit, a $6.95 charged before an exchange can be made.
